The service is nonexistent, the food is inedible, and the manager, Adriana, is completely incompetent. From the moment we walked in, we were ignored. It took forever to get our order taken, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and tasted stale. The pizza was greasy, and the crust was limp and undercooked. It was clear that no one there cared about the quality of the food they were serving. The worst part of the experience was dealing with Adriana. She was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in addressing our concerns. When we politely tried to explain the issues with our order, she just shrugged and walked away. It's unbelievable that someone with such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction could be in a management position. She should be let go immediately. Adriana was absolutely the most unpardonable and rude person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. After waiting for over two hours, she had the audacity to cancel my order for absolutely no reason. I have been a loyal customer for three decades, but I will never, ever order from here again.
